This policy explains how TONKATSU INJUNG handles personal information collected through injung.ph, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This website has no customer accounts, online ordering, online payments or reservations, so we do not collect information for those purposes.
Information we collect
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:
- Your email address
- The date and time you gave and confirmed your consent
Why we collect it
We use your email address only to send you news about events and promotions at the restaurant.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at katsu@injung.ph. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending you emails immediately.
How long we keep it
We keep subscriber information until you ask us to delete it. If you request deletion, we delete your information without delay. Unsubscribed addresses never receive newsletter emails.
Who we share it with
We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send our newsletter. Your email address is shared with Resend only for this purpose. We do not sell or rent your information.
Third-party content and visit statistics
Our Visit Us page shows an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may set cookies and process data according to its own privacy policy. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymous visit statistics; it does not use cookies.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to katsu@injung.ph.
